Opening and Closing Ceremony at Pack Night

When it is your Den’s turn for opening ceremonies , the responsibilities are:
1) Practice the ceremony in your Den meetings.
2) Setup. Come early, 6:30pm for most Pack nights. Arrange tables, etc
3) Dry run of opening ceremony at about 6:45. Den leaders help the Cubmaster and Asst. Cubmaster with this dry run.
4) Perform Opening Ceremony. Den Leaders help gather the boys when it is time and assist as necessary to run the ceremony.
5) Perform Closing Ceremony. Den Leaders help gather the boys when it is time and assist as necessary to run the ceremony.
6) Cleanup. Den returns tables and cleans up the facility.
